V njen so predstavljene dejavnosti Nacionalsocialističnega ljudskega skrbstva (NSV), ki jih je izvajala na Gorenjskem: skrb za onemogle in siromašne, vzpostavitev postaj Mati in otrok in materinskega okrevališča, varstvo otrok v vrtcih ter mladinskih domovih. Tudi to je bilo eden od razlogov, da so si nekateri Žirovci želeli, da bi jih namesto Italijanov okupirali Nemci. The brochure presents the activities of the National Socialist People's Welfare (NSV) that were carried out in Gorenjska: taking care of the helpless and the impoverished, establishing centres for mothers and children and sanatoriums for mothers, taking care of children in kindergartens and youth homes. This was also one of the reasons why some residents of Žiri would prefer to be occupied by Germans instead of Italians.
