There was a complication regarding the Municipality of Radatovići, which belonged to the Črnomelj srez (administrative unit). Thus, Kotarska oblast (County Administration) in Jastrebarsko informed the Municipality of Radatovići that the NDH Ministry of the Interior had annexed it to the NDH at the request of the citizens of Radatovići and the society of the people of Žumberak from Zagreb.
