Sidih https://sidih.si Pančur, Andrej Kraljevi civilni komisariat za zasedeno slovensko ozemlje je 3. maja 1941 odgovoril okrajnemu glavarju v Črnomlju, da je bilo z odlokom »zasedeno slovensko ozemlje proglašeno kot integralni del Kraljevine Italije in tvori Ljubljansko provinco. Črnomaljski srez je v vsej svoji celoti del imenovane province.« Kaže, da se je nato zadeva Radatovići tudi zaključila, čeprav so sledili še zapleti z razmejitveno komisijo, ki naj bi na terenu določila mejo med Italijo in NDH. The Royal Civilian Commissariat of the Occupied Slovene Territory replied to the district governor in Črnomelj on 3 May 1941 that by decree »the occupied Slovene territory has been declared an integral part of the Kingdom of Italy and makes up the Province of Ljubljana. The entire Črnomelj srez constitutes a part of the aforementioned province.« It seems that the Radatovići affair ended with that, even though there were complications with the Boundary Commission which was to demarcate the boundary between Italy and the NDH in the field.
