Sidih https://sidih.si Pančur, Andrej Za čas vojaških operacij po napadu na Jugoslavijo je bila določena demarkacijska črta med vojskama, ki je potekala južno od Litije mimo Novega mesta proti Karlovcu in naprej na jugovzhod. Dokončno mejo je Hitler določil že aprila 1941 na Dunaju. Mejo so postavljali Nemci in pri tem upoštevali le svoje interese. Nova državna meja med Italijo in Nemčijo je bila strateška in nenaravna, potekala je po reki Savi. Mejo so Nemci zavarovali z žico in minskimi polji. Za boljši nadzor so zgradili tudi stražne stolpe.
