Žico so postavljali tako, da so zapičili šest kolov v krog (1). Žico so omotali okoli kolov (2), nato so kole odstranili (3) in žico prevrnili ter raztegnili v 50 m dolg tunel (4). Postavili so dva žičnata tunela spodaj in enega na vrh in jih med seboj povezali (5). Stanislav Sluga (born 1927) from Dolenja Brezovica took part in setting up the barricade of the border between Italy and the NDH. They drove six stakes into the ground to form a circle. They wrapped the barbed wire around the stakes, then they removed the stakes and turned the wire upside down, stretching it to form a tunnel, 50m long.
