Sidih https://sidih.si Pančur, Andrej Italijanski XI. armadni zbor je v prvotnih načrtih za zaprtje meje z NDH iz prve polovice leta 1942 predvideval varovanje meje ob reki Kolpi z utrjenimi postojankami in brez neprekinjene bodeče žice. V načrtu za varovanje meje iz 20. avgusta 1943 pa je 14. pehotna divizija Isonzo, predvidevala 100 bunkerjev oziroma utrdb z oboroženo stražo (kar pomeni 2 bunkerja za dolžino enega kilometra) in bodečo žico med železniškim mostom pri Rosalnicah in vasjo Severin na Kupi (južno od Sinjega Vrha, na desnem bregu Kolpe). Tega načrta niso uresničili. The original plans for closing the border with the NDH from the first half of 1942 envisaged that the Italian 11th Corps would guard the border along the Kolpa River with fortified posts, without a continuous barbed wire fence. In the plan for protecting the border dated 20 August 1943, the Isonzo Division envisaged 100 bunkers or forts with armed guards (meaning 2 bunkers for each kilometre of wire) and barbed wire between the railway bridge at Rosalnice and the village of Severin na Kupi (south of Sinji Vrh, on the right bank of the Kolpa River).
